Manager Administrative Operations
- Post job vacancies internal and external to facilitate the hiring process for all departments
- Responsible for the training and development of all office support staff
- Ensure payroll and HR functions are processed according to plan

- Must be able to safely set up and climb ladders of different heights, while wearing all necessary PPE and carrying required tools and equipment.

- Assist field crews with urgent needs such as materials and equipment.
- Responsible for reviewing work requests and making up service entrance cables, pulling other necessary equipment for the jobs such as straps, screws, meter bases, meter blocks, weather heads, and house knobs.
- Ensure cable footage is logged and job materials are labeled for specific work locations and technicians.
- Coordinate with the contracting utility stock room to pick up cable reels, connectors, weather heads, and all other equipment to ensure the shop and truck stock remain at adequate levels.

- Ensure cable footage is logged and job materials are labeled for specific work locations and technicians.
- Coordinate with the contracting utility stock room to pick up cable reels, connectors, weather heads, and all other equipment to ensure the shop and truck stock remain at adequate levels.
