Manager Administrative Operations

  • Post job vacancies internal and external to facilitate the hiring process for all departments 
  • Responsible for the training and development of all office support staff
  • Ensure payroll and HR functions are processed according to plan
  • Collaborate with external providers of HR and payroll software with issues or concerns.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of company IT systems and software.

  • Responsible for scheduling maintenance projects to field crews prior to request completion dates. 
  • Run automated customer call scheduling software and facilitate customer maintenance scheduling and scheduling changes. 
  • Upload maintenance follow up reports into database and integrated partner software to have work requests closed after work is performed. 
  • Upload maintenance work requests into smart navigation software to determine and coordinate project scheduling according to logistics to maximize productivity and the number of appointments performed daily.

Electric Facilities Inspector 

  • Proficient in the use of computer, tablet, and mobile phone applications to perform and report detailed inspection notes and photos. 
  • Responsible for attention to detail customer secondary electrical facility inspections from the point of attachment to the top of the meter base weather tight
  • With safety first, using all provided and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), Remove cover from energized meter base and perform detailed inspection of internal meter base components. 
  • Always engage with customers as the primary representative of the company with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
  • Must be able to complete a predetermined daily inspection quota according to the company dispatch and navigational routing system.

  • Responsible for the repair, maintenance, or replacement of single phase residential secondary service facilities. These repairs could include the replacement of secondary service conductors from the pole to the customer meter base.
  • Must be comfortable and competent to safely work with electrically energized facilities below 600 volts.
  • Must be able to safely set up and climb ladders of different heights, while wearing all necessary PPE and carrying required tools and equipment.  
  • Required to follow all company and OSHA policies and standard operating procedures while using ladders and working on energized facilities. 
  • Always engage with customers as the primary representative of the company with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.

    • Ensure cable footage is logged and job materials are labeled for specific work locations and technicians. 
    • Coordinate with the contracting utility stock room to pick up cable reels, connectors, weather heads, and all other equipment to ensure the shop and truck stock remain at adequate levels. 
    • Work with Electric Maintenance technicians when needed to fill in for vacation and sick requests.

  • Proficient in the use of computer, tablet, and mobile phone applications to perform and report detailed inspection notes and photos. 
  • Responsible for attention to detail customer secondary electrical facility inspections from the point of attachment to the top of the meter base weather tight
  • With safety first, using all provided and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), Remove cover from energized meter base and perform detailed inspection of internal meter base components.

  • Must be able to safely set up and climb ladders of different heights, while wearing all necessary PPE and carrying required tools and equipment.  
  • Required to follow all company and OSHA policies and standard operating procedures while using ladders and working on energized facilities.

  • Assist field crews with urgent needs such as materials and equipment.
  • Responsible for reviewing work requests and making up service entrance cables, pulling other necessary equipment for the jobs such as straps, screws, meter bases, meter blocks, weather heads, and house knobs. 
  • Ensure cable footage is logged and job materials are labeled for specific work locations and technicians. 
  • Coordinate with the contracting utility stock room to pick up cable reels, connectors, weather heads, and all other equipment to ensure the shop and truck stock remain at adequate levels. 
  • Work with Electric Maintenance technicians when needed to fill in for vacation and sick requests. 
  • Keep the shop and yard organized and clean.
  • Properly store and inventory extra tools, equipment, and PPE for future use.
  • Keep track of and ensure testing of necessary tools and equipment such as ladders and line sticks.
