Mr. Lockett holds a degree in Electrical Distribution Engineering with more than a decade of experience in the electric utility field. He has held roles as a high voltage distribution construction lineman, serviceman 1st class, and construction projects coordinator. Prior to beginning his career in the electric utility field, he held management positions in merchant and retail banking. Mr. Lockett has successfully developed, owned, and operated other businesses as an entrepreneur. With a vast knowledge of finance, business management, entrepreneurship, hands on technical skills, and proven leadership abilities, Mr. Lockett has been chosen by the members of Electric Synergy Partners to lead the company from its conceptional startup stages to implementation and charting the path ahead.

Earth Thomas has over 16 years of experience in the Electrical Industry. He leverages a range of experiences from residential and commercial electrical systems to high voltage utility applications. He attended the University of Massachusetts Boston and is a graduate of the Dominion Energy Lineman Development program. Careers in Restaurants management, Electric Utility coordination and Business Startup development allows Earth to bring a multitude of business leadership expertise to the Electric Synergy Partners Executive team.
